In 2006 ICY HERBS hired a consultation company to implement the international standards and Management Systems: ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005 & HACCP Standards which forms part of the Strategic Policy at Icy Herbs.
The Quality / Food Safety Management System are based on the HACCP Standards and Good Manufacturing Practice. The implementation of this standards states Management’s intent and Commitment to the principles and requirements of these International Standards.
The main objective of this Management System is to demonstrate that ICY HERBS has the sustainable capability to meet customer requirements for products and services offered. The system will continually be improved by addressing the needs of all stakeholders; this complements our efforts to prevent mistakes and to continually improve the way we do business. The HACCP Management System covers everything from product development, receiving of raw materials, process development, through to manufacturing and delivery to clients.
